I started this business because my family loves jerky. I bought some one day and read the ingredients. At that time I decided to do my own. I use only the best ingredients, everything natural, no preservatives. I roast all peppers, garlic per batch, so everything is fresh. I serve Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Cañon City area at this time. I am a locally owned business which is in the heart of Cañon City and The Royal Gorge area.
